This policy describes data processing on the static Angular website of Kupanda e.V. The German version is authoritative.

2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on webspace provided by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When the website is accessed, technically necessary data such as the IP address, date and time, requested file, transferred data volume, referrer, browser or user agent and HTTP status may be processed and stored in server logs.
Processing serves the secure, stable and technically reliable delivery of the website and protection against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure operation of our website. Log data is retained only for as long as required for these purposes or by law. Where required, a data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.
3. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide to handle your request and any follow-up questions.
Processing related to a contract, donation or membership is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in appropriate communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted once the request has been fully handled unless statutory retention duties apply.
4. Donations and membership
For donations, donation receipts, gift certificates or membership applications, we may process contact, payment and accounting data. Processing is necessary for the requested transaction or relationship under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and to comply with legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Records subject to statutory retention requirements are retained for the applicable period.
5. External links
The website links to external services, particularly Betterplace, Facebook, Instagram and project partners. These are ordinary links, not embedded plugins. Merely visiting our website does not establish a connection to these providers. When you click a link, you leave our website and the privacy terms of the respective provider apply.
6. Cookies, analytics and external content
The current website does not itself use analytics or marketing cookies and does not use tools to analyse visitor behaviour. It embeds no external fonts, maps, videos or social media plugins. No consent management is therefore currently required for these functions. Technically necessary processing by the hosting provider remains unaffected.
7. Recipients
Personal data is accessible only to parties that require it for the purposes described. These may include the hosting provider, responsible association members and legally authorised public bodies. Any further disclosure requires a legal basis or consent.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and withdraw consent with future effect. To exercise your rights, email info@kupanda-ev.de.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
Under Article 77 GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg is generally responsible for Kupanda e.V.

This website is intended to be provided exclusively over encrypted HTTPS. We update this privacy policy when the website, services used or legal requirements change.
